UR Managua is the largest specialized assisted reproduction center in Nicaragua, with an area of ​​more than 400 m2, it has a reception, waiting room, conference room, fully equipped offices, each with a conference room. exploration, operating room, equipment center, postanesthetic recovery room, laboratories (andrology and embryology), genetics area and administrative offices.

UR Managua has a functional design where you will find a friendly, discreet and efficient environment focused on the humanization of spaces whose state-of-the-art facilities meet the highest quality standards required by the Ministry of Health, the Latin American Network of Assisted Reproduction, the Spanish Fertility Society and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

The functionality of our Center and our equipment allows us to offer all our patients assisted reproduction techniques, freezing of gametes and embryos, genetic studies, reproductive and minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy), as well as specialized consultations in genetics, andrology, reproduction , psychology and nutrition.
